New Builds
Complete homes, from foundations to final decoration.
Building a whole house is the biggest test of a builder, and it is work we take on regularly: detached family homes, pairs of semis raised from the shell of an older property, homes with air source heat pumps and three-storey layouts.

Refurbishments
Whole houses rebuilt around the way you want to live.
Some houses are in the right place but the wrong shape. A structural refurbishment fixes that: walls out, steels in, staircases moved, whole floors reconfigured, and every room refinished, without the cost of moving.

Extensions
Side, rear and double-storey extensions that open the whole ground floor.
Most of our extensions end the same way: one big, light room where the kitchen, dining and living space flow together, and a family wondering how they managed without it. How we get there is different every time.

You get the price in writing before anything is agreed. Our clients tell us what they value most is that there is nothing hidden in it to appear later.

A programme agreed
Every job runs to its own length, so yours is worked out on the survey, not on an average. You get the programme before a tool leaves the van, and we keep you posted as it runs.

One team on site
A site foreman stays with your build for its whole duration, so the person running the job knows it inside out. Certified gas and electrical contractors only.

Handover
Decorated, cleared and finished, with our own 10 year guarantee and the option of a further 8 years insurance-backed through the FMB.
Loft Conversions
Bedrooms, bathrooms and light where the loft used to be.
A loft conversion is the fastest way to add a bedroom and a bathroom without losing an inch of garden. Ours are full remit and engineered properly: steel-framed dormers, lead cladding, and glass balustrades where the view deserves it.

Garden Rooms

Garage Conversions
The room you already own, brought into the house.
Most garages store everything except a car. Converting one brings that floor space into the house for a fraction of the cost of an extension: a reception room, a home office, a shower room, whatever the house is missing.

Not sure which one your job is?
Plenty of them are two at once. A loft and a rear extension in the same programme. A refurbishment that swallows the garage on the way through. Saint Marys Avenue was a loft conversion, a double-storey extension and a full house refurbishment, and we ran the three of them as one job.
