How we do it.
Building a whole house is the biggest test of a builder, and it is work we take on regularly: detached family homes, pairs of semis raised from the shell of an older property, homes with air source heat pumps and three-storey layouts.
You get one team for the entire contract. We dig the foundations, raise the structure, fit every room, decorate, and landscape the garden before we hand over the keys. A site foreman stays with the build for its whole duration, and the plan, the programme and the price are all agreed with you before we start.
