How we do it.
Most garages store everything except a car. Converting one brings that floor space into the house for a fraction of the cost of an extension: a reception room, a home office, a shower room, whatever the house is missing.
We handle the structure, insulation, heating, windows and finishes, with brickwork matched to the original so the conversion looks like it was always part of the house. Our Rook Lane conversion added a reception room and a shower room, with new flooring laid through the whole ground floor.
