How we do it.
Most of our extensions end the same way: one big, light room where the kitchen, dining and living space flow together, and a family wondering how they managed without it. How we get there is different every time.
We have dug a metre down to beat a height restriction and tanked the walls to suit, hung 8 metres of bi-fold doors under a zinc roof, glazed a full gable above a vaulted ceiling, and built double-storey additions with bedrooms and bathrooms above. Every one of them is different, so we survey yours properly and price it on what it actually needs.
