The project.
Two garages stood on this plot when we arrived. We demolished them and built a three-storey detached family home in their place: foundations, structure, roof, every room fitted and decorated, and the garden landscaped.
The whole contract ran under one team with our site foreman on site throughout, and we handed the keys back on the agreed date, 36 weeks after we broke ground.
