How we do it.
An office you can actually work in, a treatment room for clients, a den, a spare bedroom: a garden room adds a genuinely usable space without planning headaches or touching the house.
Traditional timber or contemporary, ours are built to be used all year: insulated, plastered, decorated, with heating, plumbing and electrics where you need them. Our Ancaster garden office came with 60 square metres of composite decking and air conditioning, taken from bare lawn to a finished, decorated room.
