How we do it.
Some houses are in the right place but the wrong shape. A structural refurbishment fixes that: walls out, steels in, staircases moved, whole floors reconfigured, and every room refinished, without the cost of moving.
We have taken houses back to their outside walls and rebuilt them around 12 RSJ steels, turned an old retail unit into two new homes, and reworked layouts while the owners lived in the house. You will know the plan and the price before we start, and our site foreman will be there every day until it is done.
