Retail unit converted into two new homes
The project.
This one started as an old retail outlet. We stripped the building back to its brick shell, rebuilt the roof and rear elevation, and reworked the whole plot into two new homes, on time in 34 weeks.
Each home got its own layout, kitchen, bathrooms and garden. The photos run from the shopfront on day one to the pair of finished houses.
