Two new semi-detached homes

The project.

We demolished an existing property down to just three walls, then raised two new semi-detached homes from the shell. Every internal wall came down and new layouts were formed around 16 RSJ steels, including complex welding and a brand new party wall.

From that skeleton we carried both houses through to completion: roofs, lofts, kitchens, bathrooms, gardens and final decoration.

From start to finish.

Every stage of the job, in the order it happened.

“Kingstons Construction did an outstanding job on a relatively complex project, creating 2 new semi-detached houses from the shell of an existing house. At every stage of the development, Kingstons' communication was excellent and I felt well-informed of progress as the project unfolded. Overall I can't recommend Kingstons highly enough.”
