The project.

The old conservatory came down, and in its place we built single-storey kitchen and utility extensions: one big open-plan kitchen with an island under roof lights, and a proper separate utility room.

Underfloor heating runs through the new floor, the paving outside was relaid, and the whole job completed on time in 16 weeks.
