Welcomes Road

Rear extension, entrance porch, retaining wall and paving

The project.

A new rear kitchen and living-room extension across the back of the house, opened to the garden on wide sliding doors and lit from above by roof lights. Inside it gave the family a full kitchen with a central island and a separate living space alongside it.

Outside, we built a new entrance porch to the front of the house, a curved brick retaining wall to hold the bank behind it, and laid Indian sandstone paving across the new terrace. The whole job completed on time in 16 weeks.

From start to finish.
